     Fields are listed alphabetically.  To see how experts in these various fields are faring, check the Leader Board.  An effort is made to include all pertinent federal appellate decisions issued on or after January 1, 2000.  Earlier decisions from the federal circuit courts may also be included at the webmaster's caprice.  State decisions are not included.  Please notify the webmaster if you believe a pertinent decision has been overlooked.  Decisions in each field are listed by circuit (in ascending numerical order) and in reverse chronological order within each circuit.  Links to judicial opinions are generally to official court websites or to university sites offering opinion archives.  Many federal appellate decisions are also available, for free, at findlaw.com and lexisone.com.
