$100 Million Here . . .

Motorola's experts apparently didn't get the Carla Martin memo. A Florida judge has reportedly threatened to impose sanctions ranging up to $100 million, following disclosures that two of Motorola's expert witnesses reviewed trial transcripts, in violation of a sequestration order, before taking the stand. The Chicago Tribune has more.
