Anthrax Vaccinations Revisited

The military may not be doing very well at enlisting new recruits, preventing torture, or finding Osama bin Laden. But nobody can charge the brass with slacking off in its heroic effort to administer involuntary anthrax vaccinations to our soldiers. Effect Measure has the latest.
