Larry "No Relation" Stewart Acquitted

A jury has found Larry F. Stewart not guilty. Stewart was accused of perjury after he falsely testified, as a forensic expert in the Martha Stewart trial, that he personally had performed certain ink tests. "He put his foot in his mouth and he couldn't take it out because of his ego," said one juror following Mr. Stewart's acquittal. "He didn't walk into the courtroom intending to lie."
